One-Arm Reverse Fly - Tubing
			
		Sit with one 
arm reaching 
forward, other 
hand on abdomen. 
Pull tubing from midline of chest 
out to side of 
body. Keep hips 
still. Anchor at chest level, in front of stable arm. Repeat with other arm.
